Are UNICOSMETICS products clean?

Yes. All of our formulas are dermatologist-approved, vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, silicones, talc, microplastics, or alcohol. We follow strict EU guidelines to ensure safety and performance.

Are your glosses sticky?

Not at all. Our textures are designed to feel cushiony, smooth, and comfortable—never heavy or tacky.

Is UNICOSMETICS tested on animals?

No. We are 100% cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals at any stage of production.

Can I use your glosses on sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and non-irritating, with hydrating and soothing ingredients like Vitamin E, castor oil, and pomegranate flower extract. However, if you have specific sensitivities, we always recommend doing a patch test first.

Do your glosses have fragrance?

Yes, but it’s subtle. Most of our glosses feature a light watermelon-berry or vanilla scent. No synthetic overpowering fragrances—just a hint that fades gently.

What does pH-reactive mean?

Our Uniquely You gloss reacts to the natural pH of your lips and cheeks to create a custom pink shade that’s unique to you. It’s science-backed, not magic—but it feels like both.

Is UNICOSMETICS safe for younger skin?

Yes. Our formulas are clean, gentle, and developed to be safe for younger, more delicate skin. We use dermatologist-approved ingredients and avoid known irritants like parabens, silicones, and harsh alcohols.

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

At launch, we ship to countries within the EU and the UK. We’re working on expanding internationally—sign up to our newsletter for updates. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by country but usually take 3–7 business days within the EU.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@unicosmetics.com.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@unicosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
